o   DNA extraction kit This kit is recommended for use with genesig EASY DNA/RNA Extraction kit. However, it is designed to work well with all processes that yield high quality DNA with minimal PCR inhibitors.

o   oasigTM Lyophilised or PrecisionPLUSTM 2 x qPCR Mastermix This kit is designed to work well with all commercially available Mastermixes. However, we recommend the use of oasigTM or PrecisionPLUSTM 2x qPCR MasterMix.

o   Pipettors and Tips Vortex and centrifuge Thin walled 1.5 ml PCR reaction tubes
