Using high quality optical components, AgileReader™ ELISA plate reader performs ELISA measurements between the wavelength of 340~900nm with end point, two point, and kinetic measurement method. The instrument has built-in incubator and shaker for temperature sensitive kinetics measurements. PC-Mate software is included to interface with PC which controls, stores, and transfers data from instrument to the PC.
  

AgileReader™ is highly versatile and can perform many different applications such as ELISAs / EIAs, enzymatic activity, bacterial growth studies, and fast kinetic assays.

Feature highlights

Multiple measurement modes and analysis methods.  
Built-in 3 types of measuring methods; end point, two points, and kinetic to suit different needs of users application. The instrument also provides cut-off and quantitative analysis methods to help analyze different results.

Flexible and high performance measurement  
Modular filter wheel design allows for customizable filter wheel’s configuration for different wavelength suitable for specific applications. High performance optical components also capable for measuring speed lower than 5s per plate with the upmost precision.

Build-in incubator for kinetic studies.  
Digital temperature controller to regulate the incubator from ambient+3°C to 50°C. The built-in advanced temperature control makes this instrument ideal for kinetic studies.

Ease of data management and storage through PC  
The convenient PC-Mate software allows data management, processing, analyzing method, incubator, shaker through PC or notebook. The PC-Mate software also transfers protocols and standard curves from instrument to PC or notebook for storage.
