ZellShield® je baktericídne aditívum do bunkových kultúr chrániace pred ich kontamináciou mikroorganizmami. Kombinácia extrémne silných antibiotík blokuje DNA syntézu a biosyntézu proteínov, aj rezistentných mutantov. Zabezpečuje permanentné odstránenie mikroorganizmov bez cytotoxického efektu na bunkové línie. Roztok určený pre priamu aplikáciu do čerstvo pripravenej bunkovej kultúry alebo média. Stabilný po dobu 6 mesiacov.

ZellShieldTM is a ready-to-use agent for protecting cell cultures from a broad range of common contaminants such as bacteria, fungi, yeast and mycoplasma. The protective effect is based on a combination of novel antibiotics without significant side effects. The application of conventional antibiotics such as penicillin, streptomycin, nystatin etc. is not necessary. ZellShieldTMcan be used routinely as additive directly to the medium to safeguard your cell culture.
