Mini-PrecisionFAST qPCR MasterMix contains a unique ultra-fast processing enzyme allowing for greatly increased cycle speeds.

The core components are a unique hotstart Taq Polymerase enzyme with tailored buffers to allow for increased cycle speed with no loss of data quality or integrity.

PrecisionFAST qPCR MasterMix contains a unique ultra-fast processing enzyme. This allows for cycling protocols to be drastically reduced - 40 minutes is typical compared to 1-2 hours with standard mastermixes. To ensure maximum quality we offer slightly altered formulations of our mastermixes to optimise for different real-time PCR machines.
