Precision OneStep qRT-PCR MasterMix

Our Onestep qRT-PCR MasterMix is a convenient, one step, closed tube reaction which means reduced setup/handling time as well as reduced risk of contamination. Our optimised rapid protocol includes a 10 minute RT step. It is also ideal for RNA pathogen detection. Just add primers and template for a perfect real-time PCR reaction. 

This products contains an especially modified reverse transcriptase enzyme as well as the Taq polmerase thus only requiring the addition of RNA to the mix. Supplied with an enzyme free mix sill allows an RT negative control giving you complete scientific control and integrity. 

To use this you simply add your RNA sample to the mix and include an additional incubation at 55C for 10 minutes prior to your qPCR program cycle.
